Refund Policy

At Goldlodge, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund within 7 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the returned item is received and inspected. Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable, and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.
